£201 - £300 a charge of £20
Over £300 postage and packing will be free of charge.

MAKING A PURCHASE
This could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on the masks you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards and direct debit cards as payment, so please feel free to use the card of your choice. If you have any queries please contact us by email info@mariposamasks.com or telephone so we can fulfil your needs. If you are shopping outside the UK the credit card with automaticaly convert the transaction into your local currency. We will not charge you for any goods until they are packed and ready for despatch.

BACK ORDERS
All our products are subject to availability. Regretably, through unpredicted demand, we may from time to time be out of stock. Therefore if one or more items in your order are not available you will be advised so that you can consider an alternative. The remainder of the order which is in stock will be sent as normal. The back order will be sent as soon as possible should you wish to wait and then only charged for when despatched.

DISCLAIMER
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images are accurate, as with any handmade product using natural materials, variation may occur in both colours and or feathers. At Mariposa we pride ourselves on the quality of our product and are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. Our prices are correct as this time, but we reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
Mariposa is dedicated to customer service. We hope you are delighted with your order however, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give an exchange to the same value or less or refund providing the original product is returned in perfect and unused condition. All of our products carry a 'no quibble' guarantee. Please return your purchases within 7 working days of delivery and enclosing a proof of purchase. The postage and packing charge is non-refundable. All items returned will be credited to your card excluding postage and packing charges. Please note that where we have mailed out at our own cost the amount not charged will be deducted from the cost of the goods upon refund.

Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Alliance & Leicester.

Cards we accept, (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Mariposa have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with invoice reference number. Mariposa monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Mariposa reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery
All items are sent as soon as possible and every effort is made to ensure that your order is despatched within a 72 hour period. Within the UK plealse allow 7 - 10 working days for goods to be received after the date of placing your order with us and 14 - 20 working days for all orders outside the UK.
